Project Title: - Health Record

Description of the Project:-

The objective of our project is to build a Health record model through the analysis and design phases for Health centre in our university

Through this Health record we determined to provide the following facilities for the doctors, pharmacists The facilities to be provided for the doctors is an interface which consist of patients’ details and their relevant prescriptions and also they can give medical reports  easily. At the same time pharmacists are provided with another interface which could help them to provide medicines according to the given prescriptions.

Actors	Actions
Doctors	Can see the patients details, can create prescriptions, give medical certificate
Pharmacists	Can view patients prescription according to their registration number
Admin	Get the information from the patients.

Conclusion:-

Through the introduction of the system in the health center we could prevent the loss of any files of patients’ details and exchange of them and we could save much more time instead of keeping the records in written files.

Meet the Doctor

Then we met  our university health center  in charge

  and explain our idea and what are the facilities we are going to provide through this system.Finally she said "this very useful for us". Then she give permission to us to get  whatever details we want for this project. Then we get some information from the clerk.

Got the Idea

After one week we got an idea

called "UNI BOOK" like face book. That is help to interconnect universities in the world. Then we met Sarves sir and explain our idea to him. He told us "this is a good idea but the scope is not enough to do RAD project ,so you want to think another idea better  than this one".

Then he told some good and useful ideas to us and those ideas helps to our university. Finally we fixed an idea 

about HEALTH RECORD for our university health center.

Start to do RAD project

Before Mid semester vacation we attend  our RAD lecture by our lecturer Mr.K.Sarveswaran .On that  day he told about our 3rd year RAD project.

Then he divide us into 7 groups and choose group members randomly. Then we were selected by the system into 6th group with three members "Hariprasath, Samantha, Ishara". Then he told us to think a good idea to implement the RAD project.
